About ACR Computers
While other computer companies come and go, ACR Computers stands
the test of time. Our primary goal is stability. We are
celebrating our 15th year in business this year and there are
reasons for that; having a knowledgable sales staff and taking
the time to talk to our customers are just a couple.
Everyday, ACR Computers is revolutionizing the computer service
industry. Do you remember the last time you had your PC
serviced? How long did it take? Weeks, months, even? At ACR
Computers, our average service time is about 2-3 days, and
same-day service happens quite often.
Tired of expensive hourly charges? Us, too. That's why over 90
percent of our fees are flat fees. On top of that, we don't
stack labor charges. For instance, If you purchase a network
card, and a graphics card, and a new processor from us and
choose to have us install them for you, we will only charge you
one installation fee, not three.
At ACR, we strive to give you the best computer experience,
whether you're purchasing the latest parts for your computer,
looking for repairs, or just have a few questions. In fact, we
have an excellent name in our community. If you live in
Alliance, ask a couple friends, and you'll be sure to hear good
things about us. But it's not just our customers that think
we're great, customers have been reccomended numerous times by
the Better Business Bureau, and we have 100% Customer
Satisfaction. So come visit us, and see why we're Alliance's
best computer store!

History
ACR Computers first began in the foyer of Robert Zigler's
Alliance home. At that time, it was called Alan's Computer
Repair. Shortly after it's inception, the business out
grew its space, and had to be moved into a double garage which
had been converted into a store. A second location was added in
New Franklin for a short time.
It wasn't until November 1st of 1999 that the store was moved to
it's first high-profile storefront at the corner of Oxford
Street and Union Avenue. It was at that time the name ACR
Computers began. The slogan then was "The little computer store
with the great big deals!" Soon enough, ACR found it hard to fit
that description, since the company had doubled in size in the
first year and had moved to yet another new location in the
South Union Avenue Plaza across from the Alliance Auto Club |
